Sue Russell is our Director of Client Relationships. Prior to joining the Noveta Health team, Sue built an owner-operated small business with multiple locations for over 13 years in the Annapolis, Maryland area. Following the sale of her business, she started her insurance career in 2006.

At Noveta Health, her primary focus is ensuring client engagement and is delivered with the highest level of quality on a daily basis to our clients. She is responsible for managing a seamless transition of benefits implementation at the Human Resource and employee levels.

She is committed to establishing the pillars that serve as the company’s core foundation, including extensively educating employees on their benefits, providing client-centric resolutions, and serving as a trusted liaison for our client’s Human Resources Team. Her immense professional experience with onsite and vertical enrollment procedures is an invaluable asset to our company. Sue focuses on philanthropic work in her local Annapolis area.

She is a Board Member for the Olivia Constants Foundation and co-founding member of the Annapolis Chapter of the nationwide organization 100 Women Who Care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time boating on the Magothy River with her Husband whom she married in 1993, her two adult children and her rescue Husky.
